To have the best chance of recovering your item you should have as much information as possible before starting your lost report e.g. your full flight information, full details of any serial numbers or identifying marks relating to your missing item. You will need to report your loss in order to sign in to our item search, check item status and live chat features.

    Click the above icon and log in to your claim, from this you will be able to search our online database to see if you can locate and claim your missing item.


  • Check Item Status:

    Click the above icon and sign in to your claim. When selecting this function you have the option to speak with a member of our team via our live chat to discuss your lost property claim. The live chat service is available Monday to Friday 9:00-1300 (GMT). .


  • Please be advised that our team will only notify you if we locate a possible match to the item that you have reported as lost. Delays can be experienced as our team are only able to assist upon receipt of lost property shipments from airport destinations, the timings of this vary depending on the airport location.
